    Osama Alsulaim

    Prior to entering private practice, Mr. AlSulaim served as Secretary General of the Arbitration Secretariat in the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. Mr. AlSulaim obtained his legal degree from King Saud University. Mr. AlSulaim has a wide range of experience in the legal aspects of establishing and maintaining businesses in Saudi Arabia. Mr. AlSulaim also represents clients in various dispute resolution proceedings both in Saudi Arabia and abroad. Mr. AlSulaim is an active member of the International Association of Lawyers and is a past National Vice-President for Saudi Arabia. Mr. AlSulaim is also a member of the Board Directors of the Saudi Arbitration Committee.

    Ghassan I Al Awaji

    Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Al Awaji practiced with Jones Day, in Washington, D.C. Mr. Al Awaji obtained his legal degree from King Saud University. Mr. Al Awaji's practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on administrative and regulatory matters. He has represented clients in matters falling within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Finance and National Economy and the Ministry of Defence and Aviation as well as other governmental agencies.

    Prior to joining AA&P as a partner in 1995, Mr. Al Khudair was the Senior Legal Advisor at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.
